Parley

B-Alternative has proudly partnered with Parley, an organization dedicated to addressing major threats towards our oceans, to organize and execute impactful beach cleanups. Together, we unite communities, volunteers, and activists to remove plastic waste from shorelines, raise awareness about marine pollution, and promote sustainable practices. By collaborating with Parley, B-Alternative strengthens its mission to drive environmental change through grassroots efforts, fostering a circular economy and advocating for cleaner, healthier oceans. Our joint beach cleanups not only restore the beauty of coastal areas but also inspire collective action towards a more sustainable future.

Good
Intentions

B-Alternative is stoked to announce a partnership with Good Intentions, highlighting our shared commitment to sustainability and circular economy initiatives in the festival space. Good Intentions Camping, founded by Lily Walker in 2020 and joined by Alex Ellem, is dedicated to reducing waste at Australian music festivals. They focus on salvaging single-use camping gear left behind, repairing it, and renting it out for future events. Their mission is to promote sustainable festival practices and environmental responsibility. Operating primarily through volunteer efforts, the revenue generated is reinvested into improving eco-friendly camping experiences.

landcare

Landcare Australia is a national not-for-profit organisation established more than 30 years ago that supports the landcare community with funding, capacity-building, on-ground projects, information, networking and promotion of landcare achievements.

B-Alternative partnered with Bass Coast Landcare Network to donate a percentage of all compostable packaging sales in the Bass Coast region directly to local region projects. Through the ‘Packaging for Plants Partnership’ we work to revegetate and restore local landscapes.

People who ordered packaging through B-Alternative contributed to the regeneration of natural ecosystems on the Bass Coast, enhancing biodiversity, sequestering carbon dioxide, encouraging breeding of threatened species and constructing natural biolinks through the local area.

 Indingenous
Education Foundation

The Indigenous Education Foundation (IEF) supports Indigenous-led education programs that strengthen connections to cultural and ecological knowledge. Their focus areas include language preservation, cultural practices, and environmental sustainability. By empowering Indigenous communities to lead their own educational initiatives, IEF ensures that programs respect and promote Indigenous identity, dignity, and human rights. B-Alternative is proud to partner with IEF collecting items for CDS at festivals and events where proceeds go to them.
